Description: The only inhabited planet of the Meris system, Merisee is the home of many Imperial depots scattered around the planet. They are filled with stockpiled materiel, ready should an offensive begin along the border. Due to the value of the materiel, the planet is quite heavily garrisoned for a border system. Along with the garrison, there is a substantial orbital presence in the form of armed platforms.

Erise, the capital city of the planet contains two major facilities, one of them being a minefield control center for the mined approaches. The other is the 'depot'. This depot does not really contain materiel, but is actually the central distribution facility for the depots scattered around the planet. It has two main computer cores and ten secondary cores for extensive redundancy, as losing track of all the equipment deposited here is unthinkable.
